INGREDIENTS:

For the trout poke:

1 Three Streams trout fillet (Salt the fish, leave for 10 min and rinse salt off)
Small handful of julienne carrot
Teaspoon of shredded pickled ginger
2 tablespoons chopped avocado
Small hand full of julienne cucumber
Spring onion
Pinch of shredded nori
Miso Soy Dipping Sauce
150ml Soya Sauce
60ml Lemon Juice
40ml Sesame Oil
30g Miso paste
20g mixed black & white sesame seeds toasted

Blend all ingredients

Mix all the ingredients for the trout poke together and drizzle with a good amount of Miso Soy Dipping sauce and serve with toasted naan bread. Cut the naan bread in half and grill for 5 min.
